Waterfront properties are tricky. The ground slopes toward the water, overgrowth takes hold fast, and turning that chaos into something actually usable takes more than just a cleanup crew with rakes. It takes real equipment and a plan.

We've been working this shoreline at Clear Lake, clearing out the overgrowth, regrading the slope, and getting a proper beach area established right at the water's edge. The dirt work here is what makes everything else possible - get the grade right, and the whole space starts to function the way it should.

You can see the hydroseeding laid down across the regraded ground - that green layer isn't just for looks. It holds the soil in place while the new grass establishes, which matters a lot on a sloped lakefront property where erosion can undo your work fast. The sandy beach area stepping down to the water was carved out and shaped to give the owners an actual place to get to the lake. Clean, simple, and usable.

That's really what this kind of work is about. A lot of lakefront properties have the potential sitting right there, but it's buried under years of brush, bad grades, and wasted space. We handle the clearing, the grading, and the dirt work to unlock it.

Waterfront properties deserve to be enjoyed - not just viewed from a window. If your shoreline isn't working for you the way it should, this is exactly the kind of work we do.
