Filling out the service request form does not guarantee a confirmed booking. After submission, we will contact you via phone, email, or text to confirm scheduling.
Our providers may include owner-operators, teams, or referral partners. All are vetted and held to professional standards.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, hazardous conditions, inappropriate situations, or lack of required utilities.
If a provider feels unsafe, they may leave and the cancellation policy will apply.
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and prepared. Please arrange for moving heavy items or providing access to difficult areas in advance.
We will work around pets when possible. However, if a pet poses a safety risk, the provider may leave and the cancellation policy will apply.
Quoted prices are based on standard conditions. If conditions differ, we will contact you to discuss adjustments before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
We may place a hold on your card up to 24 hours before service. Charges will be processed after completion.
Refunds are not offered. If there is an issue with service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve it.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide notice or inability to access the property will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full service amount.
We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed fragile items.
Service providers carry insurance for damages they directly cause.
You must ensure access at the scheduled time.
If we cannot access the location and cannot reach you within 30 minutes, the service will be skipped and the full fee will be charged.
You agree not to directly hire our service providers for similar services within one year of your service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or province where services are provided.
