Sometimes a yard just isn't working the way it should. Maybe you've got a boat sitting in the street, no real place to put it, and a fence or a bunch of bushes eating up the space you actually need. That's exactly the kind of problem we love solving.

Here's what we were working with - a side yard that had existing pavers and overgrown bushes blocking what could've been a clean, functional parking area. The fence line wasn't set up to allow proper access either. So we pulled the pavers, cleared the bushes, moved the fence, and laid down a fresh gravel pad sized right for a boat.

The gravel surface is a smart choice for this kind of use. It drains well, handles the weight, and doesn't crack the way concrete can under heavy loads that shift around seasonally. Paired with a clean fence line, the whole side yard went from cluttered and underused to completely functional.

What we ended up with is a space that actually earns its square footage. The gravel pad tucks right up against the existing concrete driveway, the fence runs clean along the property line, and the dark stone border keeps everything looking intentional and finished - not thrown together.

A lot of homeowners don't realize how much usable space they're leaving on the table. A project like this pulls together fencing, stone, and driveway work into one cohesive result. That's the kind of exterior upgrade that quietly adds real value to a property.
